Haverhill, MA (December 2, 2025) – The #7 nationally ranked Northern Essex Community College men's basketball team eclipsed the century mark for a second straight game on Tuesday evening as they rank their win streak to seven straight and improved to 11-2 and 5-1 in conference play.

NECC wasted no time jumping out to 8-0 lead in the games opening 90 seconds before leading 21-2 just five minutes into the contest and held the 19-point advantage through the remainder of the first half going into the locker room with a 50-31 lead at the break.

Alejandro Delgado (Haverhill) scored a game high 18 points to lead five Knights in double digits. He was joined in the starting line up by Alex Johnson (Worcester) and Christian Sanders (Boston) who had 16 and 13 points respectively.

Off the bench, Jay'Von Depina (Brockton) and Joendy Rosario (Lawrence) scored 16 and 11.

Delgado continues his strong all around player as he grabbed 12 rebounds and handed out six assists.

The Knights hit the road for a Thursday matchup taking on Holyoke Community College at 7:30pm from the Bartley Center before returning home on Saturday afternoon to host Quincy College at 12:00pm
