Haverhill, MA (October 3, 2025) – The Northern Essex Community College women's volleyball team got back into the win column on Thursday evening as they defeated Quinsigamond in straight sets, 25-14, 25-16 and 25-5. The win brought the Knights back up to .500 on the season with a 5-5 overall record.

 Cherly Brito Rosario (Lawrence) and Crismary DeLeon (Lawrence) led the attach as they put down eight and seven kills respectively.

Rachelle Torres (Lawrence) handed out 15 assists and served up a match high seven aces to go along with four digs on the defensive side of the net.

The Knights will return to the court on Saturday when they host MassBay at 11:00am as part of the college's Open House event.
